Boobs Terms of Use
SUBSCRIBERS : You may cancel your subscription, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day following the date you subscribed. If you subscribed through an External Service (e.g., Apple ID, Google Play), you must cancel through that External Service, as detailed in Section 8a. If you subscribed through your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Boobs. You can request a refund from Apple through your Apple ID account on your phone or at https://getsupport.apple.com. All other users may request a refund by contacting Boobs Customer Service through our Help Center, or by mailing or delivering a signed and dated notice stating that you, the purchaser, are canceling this agreement, or similar terms. Please also include your name and the email address, phone number, or other unique identifier you used to create your account.

You may obtain these Terms of Use by email by sending a letter to Terms Requests, PO Box 25472, Dallas, Texas 75225, USA. In accordance with applicable laws, you may report complaints to the complaint assistance unit of the appropriate government agency by contacting them in writing at the appropriate address.
We have included brief summaries at the beginning of each section to make this agreement easier to read and understand. The summaries do not replace the text of each section, and you should always read each section in its entirety.

ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY; YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Before creating an account on Boobs, please make sure that you are eligible to use our Services. This Section also details what you can and cannot do while using the Services, as well as the rights you grant to Boobs.
You are not permitted to create an account or use the Services unless all of the following conditions are met, and by using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are an individual (i.e., not a corporation, partnership, or other business entity) who is at least 18 years of age;

You are legally qualified to enter into a binding contract with Boobs;

You are not located in a country that is subject to a government embargo or that has been designated as a terrorist supporting country;

You are not on any government list of individuals prohibited from doing business with the government or any similar list;

You are not required to register with a sex offender registry;

You do not have more than one account on our Services; and

You have not been previously suspended or banned from our Services.

ACCOUNT
To access certain features of our Services, you will need to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when you create your account. You must also maintain the security of your account, you are responsible for all use of your account, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or other breach of security. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must choose a strong password and keep your password secure.

Our Services are provided for personal use only, unless we have given our express written consent for another use.​

PROPERTY
Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Boobs or its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all content, except for User Contributions (defined below).​

USER CONTRIBUTIONS
By creating an account, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit any content you submit or provide as part of the Services (your "User Contributions"). You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control the rights necessary to grant Boobs these rights, and that your User Contributions do not infringe the rights of any third party.​

DRIVING PROHIBITION
You agree not to use our Services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations;

Defame, harass, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others;

Transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other forms of malware;

Use the Services for any unauthorized commercial purpose;

Circumvent the security measures of the Services;

Impersonate any person or entity, or provide false or misleading information;

Interfere with the normal operation of the Services or compromise their security;

Access, collect, or use user data without authorization;

Use robots, spiders, or other automated tools to access the Services without authorization;

Use the Services in an abusive or excessive manner.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All right, title, and interest in and to our Services, including all content, software, and other materials, are owned by Boobs or its licensors. Boobs' trademarks, logos, and trade names are protected by trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works based on our Services without our prior written permission.​

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Boobs does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.​

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Boobs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services, even if Boobs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.​

CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration, except for individual claims of sexual assault or sexual harassment. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The Parties agree that the arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. You and Boobs also agree that legal actions in connection with the arbitration will be brought exclusively in the courts having jurisdiction.​

GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Boobs regarding your use of the Services. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Boobs' failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent.
